Privacy and connected Google accounts
Farmio AI is a personal assistant provided by FARMIO PTE. LTD. This notice explains how its Google connection works alongside the Farmio Privacy Policy.
What you connect
You sign in with your phone number and choose whether to connect a Google account. Google shows the permissions requested, and you decide which permissions to approve. The connection can access your Google account identity and the services you authorize:
- Gmail: email messages, attachments, labels, and drafts, including reading, composing, sending, organizing, and moving email to Trash. Farmio AI does not request permission to permanently delete Gmail messages.
- Calendar and Tasks: calendars, events, and tasks, including creating, changing, completing, and deleting them.
- Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides: files and their contents, including finding, creating, editing, sharing, and deleting files.
How the assistant uses Google data
The assistant uses your connected account to answer your questions, prepare work, and carry out your instructions. It can combine relevant connected data with the files and information you provide, for example to summarize email, organize your schedule, or prepare a document. Your verified phone account identifies the saved connections used for your requests.
Relevant content may be processed by the configured AI service to produce an answer or carry out an action. Answers and files may be returned through the messaging channel you use. Hosting, AI, and messaging service providers process the information needed to deliver these features. Sharing or sending content to another person is an action you can request from the assistant.
Farmio AI does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and access
The portal stores your account identity, approved permissions, and encrypted OAuth credentials so you can remain connected without signing in to Google for every request. The trusted assistant runtime can use those credentials to access the services you authorize. Connected content, requested outputs, and conversation context may also be stored while providing the assistant service. Authorized operators may access service data for support, security, or administration.
The portal uses HTTPS and restricts access to its saved credentials and account data. These controls do not prevent a person you ask the assistant to message or share a file with from receiving that content.
Disconnecting and deleting
You can disconnect Google on your Farmio AI account page. This removes the portal's saved connection. To revoke the Google-side permission as well, remove the app from your Google account connections.
Deleting your Farmio AI account removes portal sessions, saved connections, and Knowledge library uploads. Disconnecting or deleting an account does not delete your original Google emails and files, previously sent messages, or existing assistant conversation history. Contact us for requests concerning retained personal data, access, correction, or deletion.
